Celebrating 20 years of Lifescience Dynamics
This weekend, on August 25th, Lifescience Dynamics will have reached its latest milestone – our 20th anniversary of the Company. We’re so humbled and thrilled to be celebrating this achievement and it would not have been possible without you.
The story of Lifescience Dynamics is reminiscent of so many other start-ups. Our early days were filled with struggles and failures, as well as and very little money, or sleep. I faced countless rejections and the self-doubt started to creep in, were moments when giving up seemed like the only option.
But, as business started to come in, what set us apart was our quality, and as a result, the company has stood the test of time. From £7,500 sat on our kitchen table and no clue where to begin, it has been a long road to get to this point. Every start-up has set backs, but it each challenge has made us stronger and taught us the value of being surrounded by an amazing team.
After 20 years of organic growth, we have expanded into North America, to Boston, New York, San Francisco and Toronto, Vancouver, and we have diversified and developed innovative applications and tools. More recently, our first employees located in Poland joined the team. We continue to grow but are always guided by our core values of equality, inclusivity, and diversity.
The highlights of the last 20 years range from the spectacular to the quotidian. Meeting Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace in 2016 to receive the Monarch’s Award for Trade is, of course, a stand out. The fact that we also won the King’s award last year makes this achievement all the more satisfying as a recognition of our sustained growth.
However, the success of this company lies not just in the big wins or the grand celebrations, but in the quiet moments and daily practices. Working with a team who approach their roles with such enthusiasm and passion, and treat one another with respect – this is all we could ask for.
To our customers: thank you so much for committing to us for so many years and making us a leader in our industry. For some of you, we have been your continuous clients since 2006, and we are honoured to have your trust. We will continue to work tirelessly to show we are deserving of this trust.
When Lifescience Dynamics was founded, we never could have dreamt that 20 years down the line we would be in this position. Back then, the company was a one-man operation, but with the support of my wife, Ayesha, it felt like we could take on the world. Thank you so much Ayesha, I hope you know how grateful I will always be for your unwavering support.
