  A UK division of one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies engaged us as part of their vision of deploying Business Intelligence for their field force and marketing & sales teams, the client wanted to ensure that the data in the user reports was accurate and had minimum time lag.
  
  Timely and accurate information is crucial for Sales & Marketing. This is more challenging for pharmaceuticals as the sales data is supplied by third parties. The customer engaged us to improve data quality and speed of reporting and information dissemination. Designed and implemented a data warehouse along with data cleansing processes. As part of this project we also built a reporting front end (a dash board) that combined data from disparate data sources into single reports. During the duration of this project we were also acting as an outsourced skill-base for most of their analytical requirements.
  
  
• CRM Implementation
  
  For one of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies we implemented a Siebel CRM solution as part of upgrading the Sales Force Automation tool for the customer. Our solution linked the CRM system with their Marketing Campaign functionality and also with reporting tools. The system is still in operation after 6 years.
  
  
• Compensation System
  
  Assisted a customer with a more transparent and equitable compensation system in order to motivate their sales force. Developed multiple scenarios to review maximum and minimum payouts to optimise the scheme so that the sales force stays motivated whilst maintaining profits from the scheme. Also developed a roll-out plan and supporting tools in the field.
