    A mid-sized pharmaceutical company wanted to leverage investment made in their Customer Relationship Management systems. They wanted it to deliver more value by analysing captured customer interaction in the system to find ways to enhance customer experience with their product, develop ideas for new products and services and ways to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers. We were engaged in developing a reporting system that integrated with their existing CRM system and enabled enriching of real-time customer data by linking it with other data sources and target lists. The BI solution resulted in increased success of marketing campaigns and better customer uptake of their product.

    A mid-sized European pharmaceutical company's R&D wanted to leverage internal and external textual data. Our client felt that the collective information base of the company was not being effectively leveraged by the organisation.

    We developed a knowledge management solution, by running user requirement workshops and developing processes to search, categorise and disseminate textual information and making the summarised information available automatically to the Business Analyst in their Competitive Intelligence Department. The Business Analyst used the base textual data to convert it to a report with pertinent information for internal daily publication.
